Step 2 - Send us your items
When you have received the pack, simply fill out our valuation form or buy-back form, depending on the service you have chosen.

Then sign the declaration of ownership, put your items into the pre-paid special delivery bag (items fully insured up to £750), and take it to the post office. If you need more pre-paid special delivery bags, please contact us, and we will send them out to you.

Make sure you keep your receipt as proof of postage!

Agree on purchase and buyback values upfront. We'll securely store your items and offer you the flexibility to buy them back within 28 days.
Simply sign the buyback form, and upon receipt, we'll transfer funds to your account. You can repurchase your items at the agreed amount anytime within the 28-day period.
Step 3 - We’ll make you an offer
On receipt, we will record a video of us opening your package and log all of the enclosed items. To extend our transparency, we will photograph your item(s) on our calibrated scales.

You will be contacted with our purchase offer, which you can either accept or decline. If, for any reason, you decide not to accept our offer and would like your items returned, we will send them back to you free of charge.

If you accept our valuation offer, we will make an immediate payment to your bank.

If the parcel amounts to less than £15, or the parcel contains no precious metal or precious metal with no significant value, there will be an admin fee of £20 for their return.
