Option to repurchase
ALM (GB) Ltd t/a Goldplus grants you the customer, the option to repurchase ‘buyback’ the item(s) in question within 28 days. You understand that if you do not make payment to repurchase or renew the item(s) within these 28 days, you will lose the right to repurchase the item(s).

Your item(s) are subject to an administration fee at repurchase or renewal.

We do provide a reminder service, but it is your responsibility to check if the period is coming to an end. We will not be held responsible if the item(s) you sold has been resold once outside of the 28-day buyback period.
ALM (GB) Ltd t/a Goldplus grants you the customer, the option to renew your item(s) at the end of the 28-day period provided that the administration fee for the first 28 days has been paid in full.

The cost of items renewed within the 28-day period will be the administration fee as set out at the beginning of the buyback, which is calculated as the difference between the quoted purchase price and the quoted buyback price.
28 days will be extended on to the current buyback expiry date if the administration fee is paid in full.
Option to renew
The ALM (GB) Ltd t/a Goldplus working day runs from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
The administration fee is the additional amount, (above the amount that we originally gave you) to repurchase your item(s).
There is a standard £25.00 administration fee for the initial, up-to and including £100.00 and thereafter, £7.00 for each increment of up-to and including £100.00 for the 28-day period.*

Please note: The administration fee is a fixed fee according to whether the item((s) is repurchased 1 day or 28 days after the sale of your item(s) to ALM (GB) Ltd t/a Goldplus.
Administration fee structure
Examples of 28-day buyback:
Example 1:
Send in your item(s) and we buy them for £100
We store the item(s) securely for up-to 28 days
You buy the item(s) back for £125.00
or:
Send in your item(s) and we buy them for £100
We store the item(s) securely for up-to 28 days
Renew your buyback for up-to 28 days for £25.00
Example 2:
Send in your item(s) and we buy them for £300
We store the item(s) securely for up-to 28 days
Buy back for £339 (£25 on the first £100 the £14 on the additional £200)
or:
Send in your item(s) and we buy them for £300
We store the item(s) securely for up-to 28 days
Renew your buyback for £39 (£25+£14)
*If you renew again (following your first renewal) you will only be charged the storage fee of £7.00 per every (up-to and including) £100.00 of the purchase of your item(s).
